Office Manager
Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for Full-time Office Manager in our Phoenix Office.
The position will require a variety of skills such as active listening, reading and comprehension, oral and written expression, critical thinking, monitoring, time management, problem solving, and maintenance of confidential information. Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee administrative operations in the Phoenix office including performing all front office responsibilities for coverage.
Oversee all administrative procedures for all statewide offices.
Working directly with outside vendors, suppliers and building maintenance for all statewide locations; in person, by phone and email.
Administratively managing the company car fleet for the agency.
Coordinate, organize and prepare for collaborate agency events as needed.
Coordinate monthly meetings with administrative staff in all offices.
Produce reports.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other agency departments.
Juggle multiple priorities and competing demands easily and effectively.
Ensure confidentiality and appropriate release of information.
Promote a positive and professional atmosphere at our reception desks for customers and staff.
Be available for some after hour calls/emails regarding needs of the building such as alarms, etc.
Perform other duties related to the position.
Education/Experience Needed:
High school diploma or GED (related college courses or certificate programs preferable)
At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral and emotional challenges
A minimum of two years’ work experience with administrative job duties, preferably in an office setting, is also required
Proficiency must be demonstrated in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel; Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Docs
Requirements
Must be 21 years or older
Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record
Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance
Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training
Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Ability to evolve and grow in this role
