Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is is accepting applications for Full-time MST Therapist in Maricopa County
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based therapeutic model designed to provide a community-based treatment approach for the families of juveniles (ages 12 to17) who are involved, or at risk of being involved, in the juvenile justice system. Our goal is to empower families and youth to build relationships and improve overall functioning though this family-oriented treatment approach. CFSS provides paid Multisystemic Therapy Training to qualified candidates in this role.

Job Responsibilities:
Duties include assessment, treatment, and collaboration with families, youth, and community agency staff.
Therapist will function as part of an MST team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation.
Must be able to provide after-hours support to youth and families through a rotating on-call schedule that provides 24-hour coverage for our team's families.
Providing ongoing case management coordinating behavioral health services, medical care, education, placement, finances, and socialization services to children and families with intense/complex needs.
Collaborating with families, team members to create support plans that accurately capture the strengths, needs and culture of the family.
Assisting young people and families in securing needed community resources. Helping families to identify natural and informal supports.
Interacting professionally with other stakeholders: Division of Child Safety (DCS), Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), juvenile probation, Direct Service Providers (DSP), etc.
This position requires a true mind-set of service delivery and creativity. This is a not supervisory position, and involves working directly with children and families. Majority of time is spent in homes and the community rather than in an office setting. Flexible scheduling and work hours that can accommodate assigned families’ needs
Utilizing strong writing skills to provide electronic documentation.
Other duties as assigned
This position requires afternoon, evening, and weekend work. Adaptability in scheduling, driving throughout the county and working within the homes and communities of the families we support is required.
Education/Experience Needed:
Related Master’s degree/ Licensed a Plus
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with extensive behavioral health experience will be considered.
Bilingual (Spanish) a Plus
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older
Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record
Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance
Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training
